Ingredients:

  • 900g ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients together with your hands, making sure everything is well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to a medium loaf pan, or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until cooked through.
