Shipping

Most orders are dispatched on the same day of receiving your order or on the next business day from our location in Papamoa. You will receive a shipping confirmation and your order will be tracked. We use NZ Post courier and deliveries usually arrive overnight to North Island main centres and 2-3 days to the South Island, rural addresses and smaller towns.

Rural delivery addresses are based on NZ Post guidelines and can be checked here

Returns

We understand with complex dietary requirements that people occasionally order the wrong thing. Returns are accepted for store credit up to 7 days from dispatch providing items are unopened. Please contact us prior to returning items and a store credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the items back. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs for change of mind purchases.

In the event that we have made an error with the order, we will do everything within our power to put things right quickly, including (but not limited to) covering the shipping costs.

Please note that although great care is taken to avoid cross-contamination, items are processed in a facility where multiple allergens, such as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame, sulfites, dairy products and/or other allergens are present.
