Roasted Pumpkin Seed Dip

Made with roasted pumpkin seeds, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, and other tasty ingredients, this dip is smoky, spicy, and oh-so-creamy. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water, or more as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 175°C.
